Important: UBC Student Email Service is migrating to Microsoft Exchange Online

Active UBC Student Email mailboxes will be migrated to Microsoft Exchange Online from February 4 to March 25, 2025. Check your UBC Student Email for details about your migration date.

After migration, login to your mailbox at outlook.office.com using cwl@student.ubc.ca as your username and CWL password. Visit the M365 Student Migration Info Page for more details.
